We do require a retainer of 25% in order to secure the date.

You will need to get a Special Occasions Permit (SOP) only if you are holding your event on public property (E.g. Town Hall, Church, Event Venue, etc.). If you are holding the event on private property (E.g. Backyard, Cabin, Property, Farm, etc.) a SOP is not required.

Once we know more about your event and have coordinated signature cocktails and the rest of your alcohol list we will provide a detailed shopping list based on your guest count and estimated consumption with par levels!
